Sounds like fun!
have fun in LA :D
Totally jelly... and I miss KBBQ
@Marica0701 - At some point we can go to BD's Mongolian in Coventry!
If they don't serve Sake, they're fakes.
@IntoTheWind1 - They don't drink Sake, they drink Sojew. Koreans are notoriously anti-semitic.
Too bad I live on the other side of the country.
@tendollar4ways - good catch on the anti sake of the Koreans, but I do spell it Soju even though you are punning SoJew.
I remember on time we met a korean guy who was drunk on Soju. He was swatting moving cars with his hand. We got him off the street for his safety but he decided to be aggressive. He saw we were not afraid of his aggressiveness and tried to appologize with money. His buddy woke up out of his stupor and tried to prevent a "transaction".
Hmm, sometimes all you can eat places can be really crowded on Friday. 6pm is pretty early but if someone comes around 8pm or after prepare to find out that you might need to wait. Usually good places get crowded and I am pretty sure you did select a nice place.
Beer or Soju? Soju I believe is about 20 proof:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korean_alcoholic_beverages
The Korean beers are pretty nice too.
@PPhilip - I have spent many a night in Ktown drinking Soju and Hite.
yee LA is here!
@PPhilip - sounds like typical ktown to me. I know a bunch of people who have the same story including myself. I swear we were all there at the same time
